First, all parcels arrive at a City Hub.

Each parcel is scanned to read the dimensions and destination. This data is used to configure groupings for stacking and delivery.

Parcels are grouped and placed into a best-fit Belter Box.

Belter Boxes are produced in 6 different sizes, this way we use only the necessary volume for each parcel.

Each Belter Box is equipped with interlocking structure, durable but light materials, and a small bluetooth powered lock.

Belter boxes are stacked on a Belter Base.

Belter Boxes are intelligently stacked using a 3D bin-packing algorithm to maximize volume. They are secured on a Belter Base with an interlocking structure and a lid-locking mechanism.

Belter Stacks are loaded for
delivery.

Stacks can can range in height from 0.8 - 1.2 meters high and a 0.7 meter square base. Perfectly compact and light enough for a cargo bike delivery.

Belter brings more parcels with less urban congestion.

Stacks are brought to Belter Spots within slipper distance of parcel destinations.

Using a geospatial clustering algorithm to determine the dropzones, Belter Stacks are brought to a spot within 200m of each parcel’s destination.

Recipients are notified through their Belter App.

When Belter Stacks are on their way, recipients are notified of expected delivery time, and when their parcel is available for pick-up at their convenience.

Recipients retrieve their parcels with the Belter App.

Belter Boxes can be opened using a mobile device via the Belter app.

Collect, send & return parcels.

The Belter infrastructure also enables consumer-to-consumer shipments as well as returns, resulting in a reliable, consistent and unintrusive parcel shipment experience overall.
